Colin, one of the co-owners of Kitchen Table, is a long time friend so I was super excited to hear that he was coming home to Omaha to work on an amazing sounding food project. Colin and his wife, Jessica, have an amazing and inspiring story that involves food, travel, and a never-ending passion for their craft. Kitchen Table has quickly become one of my favorite lunch spots. The space is unique and overflows with history and the food is so amazing (I get the Whole Bird almost every time). The second I walked through the door, I knew that I wanted to tell the story visually- to explore the space a little bit more intimately. Daniel and I hung out with Colin and shot some footage while he worked on something that he is very passionate about: making bread.
We asked Colin a few simple questions about his passion, inspiration, and methods.
